| 生活垃圾焚烧飞灰水洗预处理及综合利用技术 The company makes use of the new solid-liquid separation system and agent regulation system to effectively regulate the material properties of domestic waste incineration fly ash, and finds out a set of fly ash pretreatment process, which can better solve the pressure of high-salt substances in waste incineration fly ash on the cooperative disposal of cement kiln, and improve the ability of fly ash washing and collaborative disposal. The fly ash after dechlorination is used as cement raw material to enter the rotary kiln for final disposal. The fly ash can be completely decompose dioxin in the rotary kiln, and the heavy metal elements can be solidified in the crystal lattice of the clinker to generate stable salt minerals, so as to avoid secondary pollution and realize the harmless disposal and resource utilization of fly ash. |
