| Kitchen Waste Biogas-Shenzhen Leo King CEL has provided a unit of CAT®CG170-20 (2000KW) gas generator set for the second phase project of Solid Resource Regeneration Center of Shenzhen Honghualing Ecological Environment Park, which uses anaerobic fermentation technology to generate biogas power and generate green energy. The project has run since November 2020, with an annual generating capacity of more than 16 million KWH and a power generation efficiency of 43%. The consumption of electric lubricating oil per KWH is as low as 0.15g, and the annual constant operation hours are over 8000h. The generated electric energy has been sold to the power grid except for the enterprise's own use. At the same time, the waste gas of the generator set and the waste heat generated are utilized. The hot water exchange has been used for the insulation of the anaerobic tank for the project’s process system. The China Engineers，Limited(CEL) was founded in 1928 with 93 years history. | 华南地区最大的垃圾填埋场——广州兴丰垃圾 2018年1月，信昌机器为广州环投环境服务有限公司提供了3台卡特CG170-20(2MW) 燃气发电机组，用于华南地区最大的垃圾填埋场——广州兴丰垃圾填埋场，利用沼气进行发电，产生的电力将用于污水处理厂供电或直接并入电网。 在此项目之前，广州兴丰垃圾填埋场沼气发电项目由veolia承包，veolia于2008年-2010年曾向信昌机器采购了1台G3516(1030KW)燃气发电机组和1台G3520(1950KW)燃气发电机组，这两台机器至今运行稳定，它的优良性能受到行业肯定及客户信任。 |

| 珠海中信餐厨垃圾处理一期沼气发电项目 2021年1月，信昌机器成功斩获珠海中信餐厨垃圾处理一期沼气发电项目，提供了2台CG170-12（1200EKW）沼气发电机组，输出电压10.5kV，对珠海市全市的餐厨垃圾采用厌氧发酵技术工艺，进行沼气发电，年发电量可达2000万度电以上，输出电能主要为企业自用。同时，产生的蒸汽用于工厂工艺系统。珠海市餐厨垃圾处理一期工程占地面积约48.86亩，餐厨垃圾设计处理规模为300吨/天，地沟油设计处理规模为30吨/天。 |
