1) Reagent use efficiency and reagent mixing

Traditional air flotation uses non-invasive reagent mixing, such as flocculation pipe or stirring blade. Each method tries to open the flocculant in the wastewater and prevent it from agglomerating. However, neither method is very effective, because it is difficult for them to fully expand the framework of flocculant monomer. The key principle of LSGM is eddy current three-phase mixing technology. The LSGM air flotation system uses centrifugal force to stretch the flocculants without cutting them off. A set of LSGM air flotation system has five three-phase vortex mixers, and the mixing energy of each can be different. Adjust the mixing energy of each three-phase vortex mixer according to the inlet water quality, application conditions and physical and chemical requirements. Due to the 100% contact between the agent and pollutants, not only the agent consumption is reduced, but also the floc density is greatly improved and the water content of sludge is reduced.

2) Differences in aeration

Since LSGM air flotation system dissolves 100% of wastewater under pressure, dissolved gas is added before floc formation. Bubbles grow in flocs. The continuous release of bubbles enables the sludge itself to be continuously dehydrated, and the solid content of scum is very high. So as to reduce the cost of sludge disposal. The system does not need the circulating return pipeline and the dissolved gas release head in the flotation cell. Both parts are easy to be blocked and require a lot of maintenance. As the bubbles grow in the flocs, the continuous release of bubbles makes the sludge float up by itself, and there is no need to introduce air into the flotation cell. Therefore, the floor area of the flotation cell is very small. This also reduces the entrainment of bad flocs in the effluent and the concentration of total oil, suspended solids, BOD and COD in the effluent. In view of the dissolved air efficiency and ultra-high utilization rate of chemicals, the LSGM air flotation system can stabilize the effluent suspended solids concentration at 7 ~ 25ppm if necessary.

3) 100% dissolved gas

Unlike most traditional dissolved air floatation technologies, LSGM air floatation system dissolves 100% of wastewater under pressure. This technology enables the LSGM air flotation system to quickly dissolve gas in the wastewater before the addition of chemicals, making it possible for bubbles to be implanted into the floc structure. In addition, the maintenance problems often occurred in the traditional dissolved air flotation of partially dissolved air, such as blockage, will be greatly reduced. The amount of gas dissolved into wastewater makes the system more effective than other technologies. Due to the continuous release of a large number of bubbles in the flocs, the sludge itself can be continuously dehydrated, and the solid content of scum is also very high. Meanwhile, the dissolved oxygen content in the effluent of LSGM air flotation system is also relatively high, reaching 0.9 ~ 2ppm, which is conducive to the operation of subsequent biochemical system.

4) The flow is adjustable and stable

Because all steps of high-pressure air dissolution, agent molecule stretching and efficiency improvement, coagulation and flocculation stirring (pollutant capture), floc formation, bubble nucleation and ultra light medium cavitation floc formation are completed in the three-phase vortex mixer. The size of the flotation cell will not greatly affect the treatment flow and pollutant load. The number of holes in the three-phase vortex mixer can be opened or blocked according to the water volume and pollutant concentration. Therefore, LSGM air flotation system is the only product in the market that can allow customers to realize self-regulation. The unique vortex energy regulation function of the three-phase vortex mixer ensures that the LSGM air flotation system can adapt to different water inlet conditions. The sludge will be scraped by the slag scraper and collected into the sludge hopper. Slag scraping operation is adjustable. The sludge in the sludge hopper is pumped into the sludge tank through the sludge pump, and then further dewatered. Most of the insoluble pollutants in the wastewater are removed in the LSGM air flotation system, and the effluent enters the next process for treatment.
