| SCSR-MBBR Efficient Biofilm Reactor SCSR series integrated sewage treatment equipment is the core patent product of Zeheng Environmental protection. The equipment includes two processes: A O +MBBR, and A O +MBBR. SCSR series products perfectly combine activated sludge and biofilm method, give full play to their advantages, and enhance the effect of denitrification and phosphorus removal while reducing COD. The main process of SCSR series products is inverted AAO+MBBR multi-point inlet water, anoxic pool in front, enhancing the effect of denitrification and phosphorus removal. The multi-point influent water not only ensures the carbon source needed for denitrification in anoxic section, but also provides part of carbon source for anaerobic section, making full use of internal carbon source and reducing the amount of external carbon source. The aerobic and nitrification ponds were filled with suspended filler PPC, with specific surface area ≥4000㎡/m, to improve biomass, extend sludge retention time, increase the concentration of low-temperature weak bacteria nitrifying bacteria, synchronous denitrification, and reduce sludge. The effluent standard reaches (GB18918-2002) class A standard. |
