MVR Evaporator
MVR, an abbreviation for Mechanical Vapor Recompression, refers to the “MVR evaporator,” which emerged as the most advanced and energy-efficient evaporation technology internationally by the late 1980s. Its principle involves compressing and heating the secondary steam generated during evaporation through a compressor, thereby increasing the steam’s thermal enthalpy and using it as a heat source to warm the material, achieving cyclic evaporation. The condensed hot water then exchanges heat with the raw material, further recovering thermal energy and fully utilizing latent heat. Theoretically, using an MVR evaporator saves over 80% of energy, over 90% of condensate water, and reduces the footprint by more than 50% compared to traditional evaporators.

Multi-Effect Evaporator
