| SFD立式高压带式深度脱水技术 含水率约80%污泥和改性剂、骨架剂的一种或两种药剂在污泥混合机里快速混合、反应，使污泥中部分结合水和胞内水转化为游离水，同时增加污泥滤饼孔隙。 改性后污泥进入SFD高压带式深度脱水机，在剪切与挤压力二维作用下，污泥中改性释放的游离水由颗粒间的孔隙通道排出，形成5-8mm的多孔隙滤饼（含水率可小于60%）。 |
